After a little urging from the boys, Paul put our tree in the stand.
Jacob got a little jump start on his brothers by hanging a few ornaments while they were at school.
Matthew was eager to join in on the fun as soon as he got home.
Don't adjust your screen, that really is Paul adding an ornament to the tree. I was able to talk him into putting a few on the higher branches. Normally, his involvement is limited to bringing it into the house and putting it in the stand.
Ta-da! We don't have a fancy themed tree, just ornaments we have collected from travels and gifts, but I think it turned out nicely. The angel we have put on the top for the last 17 years has seen better days, so she is retired. Now we are just waiting for the new tree topper to come and our 2011 tree will be complete.
