We decided to make a weekend trip out of the State Gymnastics Championships. We arrived last night and had the whole day free to spend with our friends, the Helbergs. We swam in the indoor pool at the hotel, played at a local park and rode paddle boats.
Then, after rest time, we headed to the movie theater to see "Rango." If asked, I would say unequivocally, "Do not go see Rango!" Paul and I both give it a total thumbs down.
To celebrate my fortieth birthday today, we went out for Mexican food after the movie. It was a beautiful day!
