We had a home stager come to help us get the house ready to put on the market.
He asked me to move certain pieces of furniture to make the rooms seem bigger. He also asked that I bring all knick knacks, wall art and other decorative items to a central location so he could choose where to place each item.
These are a couple of shots of the results. It is hard to tell, but he rearranged the furniture and added some artificial plants. Overall, I am please with the way it looks. There are a couple of things that I wouldn't choose, but I also got some new decorating ideas for our future home.
