The gym where my boys train performs a gymnastics exhibition for one of the local elementary schools each December. They perform it twice durning the school day and once at night for friends and family members. Andrew and Matthew both participated by performing a tumbling routine. It was a wonderful show. They all had a great time showing off their skills, while not having to worry about scores and medals.
The lighting was not strong enough for my little point and shoot camera, but this is a picture of the finale. No, that is not rain or snow. It is chalk flying in the air. We couldn't see it, but it is obviously there. That can't be good for people with asthma.
It was pretty chilly out, so the boys all had to wear their animal hats. Matthew's is an owl. Andrew's is a sock monkey and Jacob's is a penguin.
