Tomorrow is the school carnival. Each class has a booth that they are responsible for running. Matthew's class has the Bake Sale booth. All of the fifth grade classes, including Andrew's, host the Haunted House. The fifth graders and their families are responsible for setting it up and staffing it on the day of the carnival. There is an elaborate set up with plywood walls and black plastic sheeting that fit just so to create a maze in the building. The dads joined together with their power tools and set it up. Then the children came through with decorations inside and out. With the lights turned off and some spooky sound effects, it is a perfect elementary school haunted house.
