We got a little rain yesterday at the end of Jacob's birthday party, but this morning we woke up to the sound of sustained rain. The last time we had measurable rain here was June 22nd and that was in the middle of the night. The boys were so excited that it seemed like they had never seen rain before today. First thing this morning, they were outside in their pajamas just standing under umbrellas. Then, after church, they continued the fun by camping out under the umbrellas. What a blessing to see them having fun together and to finally get some rain!
