Andrew and Matthew both competed in their first meet of the season today. Andrew's session was first thing this morning.
My little point and shoot camera struggles with the distance and the "no flash photography" rule.
Andrew placed 2nd on Pommel Horse.
He placed 5th on High Bar.
He placed 2nd on Vault!
He placed 4th in the All Around!
His team won 1st place too!
Matthew's session was at noon.
Blurry, I know, but the best I could do.
Matthew got 4th on Vault!
He tied for 1st on Rings, but brought home the 2nd place medal. So awesome! In the event of a tie, the gymnast with the highest all around score gets the higher place.
He was 9th on the Parallel Bars,
and he finished 16th in the All Around!
We brought home to happy boys today. What a great start to the season!
