Andrew has been showing more interest in cooking lately, so we had a little cooking lesson today.
With a little instruction, he easily prepared the fillings of two sausage and cheese quiches. Hopefully this is just the start of more fun in the kitchen for us.
He already rakes and mows the lawn and does a few dishes, but next on the schedule of life skills lessons?
Laundry!
Vacuuming!
The list is endless. I won't spoil the surprise for him though, because I have a feeling that they won't appeal to him as much as cooking.
