Today's first day at the new school went really well for Andrew and Matthew. They both met a couple of people and the fear of the unknown has mostly subsided. Matthew is thrilled that he won't have homework this week. Andrew had a few things to do today, but completed them quickly. They were both eager to tell about the things that are different from their old school. Overall, it was a great start after so much worry and anticipation.
While the big boys were at school, Jacob and I went to the local animal shelter to see if Ranger might be there. I had checked their website and there is a cat pictured on there that looks similar to Ranger. Unfortunately, it is not Ranger. I knew it was a long shot, but I had to be sure. What happened to him is still a mystery.
