We headed to north Texas again this year for our annual trip to the Palo Duro Club. We had tons of fun with a completely laid back schedule. It was a relaxing way to wind down the summer.
Paul took the boys for a jeep ride.
They couldn't get enough of the diving board.
Our visit coincided with that of the farrier, so we all watched as the horses got "pedicures". We had a little lesson about what a farrier does, etc. None of the children had seen one in action before.
Of course, the best part of the trip is getting to see our cousins and other extended family. There are 20 children in the generation that includes my children. We managed to have 12 there for this picture. It would be wonderful to have them all together someday. We missed the other 8!
