Can you tell what we did today? Yes, we braved the craziness of Texas' Tax Free Weekend. All three boys had outgrown their tennis shoes at the beginning of the summer. They have been wearing crocs and flip flops so much that I put off getting tennis shoes until the very end. It really wasn't that bad because we were at the store at 8:15 this morning. Everyone was up and ready, so I figured it was better to get started. Each boy also got a couple of new pieces of clothing too.
The only thing left for us to do to prepare for the start of school is to get the boys in bed early the next few nights so they will be rested and ready.
