Matthew was so disappointed that he didn't get to go to the zoo a couple of weeks ago when we went for Andrew's field trip so we decided to go for our last day of Spring Break.
Matthew's kindergarten class has Otters as their mascot. Other classes are the Polar Bears, and Penguins. Luckily our zoo has several otters on exhibit. He was so excited to see "real live otters". He got to watch them swim for a minute and then see how they build a nest. He wants to print the pictures out and take them to school to show his class.

One of the aquariums has a cool tunnel that goes through the middle of it. Andrew and Matthew were able to go in there an look up at the fish.
