On Monday, November 13, 2000 at 10:58 p.m., Paul and I officially became parents to an 8 lb. 2 oz bouncing baby boy.
We have celebrated birthdays many different ways over the years, but Andrew surprised us a little this year with his birthday request. He just wanted to get take out and bring it home to have movie night with all of us together. Paul and I were thrilled. We recognize that the day when he won't want to spend his birthday with us is coming all too quickly.
He got a chair for his room and a paint brush to indicate that we will paint his room.
After lots of candles and a big wish, we all snuggled in to enjoy the movie together.
