We headed to A Maze'n Farm for a different kind of fun for our next day in Minnesota.
There were all kinds of to pet and feed.
Jacob was able to find eggs in the hen house and place them in the collection basket.
As the name of the farm indicates, there is a large maze. The big kids spent about an hour in there trying to make it through the entire maze.
Jacob got to ride a pony while the others were in the maze.
After a picnic lunch, we all flew down the giant slide,
and then the kids all burned a little more energy in the five bounce houses.
Of course, the kids all had energy to spare, so we spent the afternoon and the next morning with more tubing and skiing.
After lunch, we loaded back up to make our return trip to the south.
We had to make another stop at a cheesy roadside attraction. This time it was at the Jolly Green Giant statue in Blue Earth, Minnesota. It's hard to see, but the boys are in the picture between the giant's boots.
We had an awesome trip with lots of visits to unusual places. It makes us eager to plan our next adventure!
