Today we took Andrew and Matthew to the A&M vs. Colorado football game at Kyle Field in College Station. We had front row seats so our view of all of the action couldn't have been any better.
The boys were impressed by the band. They kept asking, "How do they know where to go?"
One of the many traditions in Aggieland is when the Aggies win a football game, the freshmen Corps members chase the yell leaders and tackle them on the football field. Then they carry them across campus to a fountain known as the "Fish Pond" where they get thrown in. We went to see them get wet. One of the yell leaders was gracious enough to take a picture with the boys. They both said this was their favorite part of our day in Aggieland.
We all had a great time there. Hopefully our Aggie brainwashing is working and Andrew will be Texas A&M Class of 2023 and Matthew will be Class of 2025 (give or take a year or two). Thanks to Kay for keeping Jacob while we went today! He would not have enjoyed the day as much as the rest of us. He won't be able to escape the indoctrination though. His days to go will come soon.

You were SO smart to marry a fellow Aggie!! Can't believe I fell for a t-sip! The day you just had only exists in my dreams.
