For the boys' last day of Christmas vacation, the boys and I went to the Hope Food Pantry with Little Helping Hands to help bag canned goods for clients coming in this week.
It was wonderful to see them working together cheerfully. They mentioned afterwards that it must be hard to have to eat only what you are given and not whatever you choose at the grocery store. Maybe they are beginning to understand how fortunate we really are.
