So, the boys finally talked me into looking at puppies at the local animal shelter,
and that's all it took.
We found this sweet little guy. He is two months old today. He's only been at the shelter for one day. We took our dog Maisy to meet him and she did incredibly well. Just a little sniffing, no reaction at all. The boys fell in love instantly and have decided to name him Flip. He was calm, mostly wanting to snuggle and give kisses.
We get to pick him up tomorrow afternoon. Then the real adventure begins. I need to brush up on my puppy training skills and knowledge tomorrow.
