Andrew had a school project to create a "Biography in a Can." Each child was asked to choose a famous American and read a biography about that person. Then the students were to make a coffee can look like that person's head and place note cards with biographical information about that person inside the can.
Andrew chose Martin Luther King, Jr. He used clay, fake hair and construction paper. He did most of the project himself. I just helped glue the hair on with hot glue while he consulted on the placement of the hair. He worked hard on it.
