Little Helping Hands Volunteer Celebration

In the past year, we have had many fun and educational opportunities to volunteer with Little Helping Hands.  As volunteers who have participated in twelve or more activities in the past year, the boys were invited to come to a volunteer appreciation celebration.
While we were there, the boys decorated bags to deliver pet food to senior citizens,
 and they enjoyed the lake.
The event culminated with the volunteers receiving a trophy from the executive director and a certificate of appreciation signed by the mayor and city council.
Sixty-seven children volunteered twelve or more times this year.  They represent hope for making the world a better place!
