Jacob's Preschool Family Picnic

Today was Jacob's family picnic day at school.  We had a glorious time eating outside with friends in the beautiful weather.

On the way home I sang a silly song that I sing to Jacob.  It goes like this:

I love you, Jacob. Oh, yes I do.

I love you, Jacob. Oh, yes I do.

When you're not with me I feel blue.

Oh Jacob, I love you!

He said, "Don't sing that song."

I said, "Why?"

He responded, "That's a bad song."

Hmmm...My singing is not impressing him and he is not even a teenager yet and I'm already uncool.  I knew it, but I thought I could fool him a little longer.
