The Wheels on the Bus...

Andrew has been lucky enough to be able to walk to elementary school both in The Woodlands and from our new home.

The middle school is probably about 1 1/2 miles from our house, but it is across several busy streets and is not convenient to walk to, so I asked him to try out the bus.  

Being the nurturing (read: nervous) mom, I had to hide behind some trees to make sure he got on without embarrassing him by being in sight.  He got on without incident, but declares that it was horrible and he never wants to ride again.  We'll see!
