I went to Matthew's school a day early to celebrate his birthday. He shares his birthday with a little girl in his class so they each get their own day to be the center of attention. Anyway, I read a couple of books, showed some pictures of Matthew when he was a baby and the kids enjoyed star-shaped rice krispie treats.
After everyone sang "Happy Birthday" to Matthew, he got to pick out of the birthday bucket. He has been waiting all year for this!
He has a wonderful teacher named Mrs. Maurice. She really makes each child's birthday special!
